No sooner had I hit send on CG6, than the abuse started flying in from long-time reader, first-time (ha!) heckler Sarah Pinborough, pointing out that her new book INSOMNIA has been published and I didn't mention it.
Ordinarily, I don't take requests, but I read Insomnia a few weeks back and it sucked me in to such an extent that I sacked off an entire day and charged on through to the end. A book hasn't done that to me for several years, so this is definitely a HARD RECOMMEND.
If you've enjoyed the Lovecraft Investigations or Who Is Aldrich Kemp? then I think this is exactly the right tone of dark/weird for you.
