I'm getting used to a new chair. The Aeris Swopper arrived yesterday and promises to transform my posture and minimise the long term damage caused by a life spent siting at a desk. I'm really impressed with it, and it was definitely the right decision, but right now it is quite urgently drawing attention to a whole network of muscles in my back that it needs me to use but which, it turns out, were hoping never to be bothered again. I got my stool from Online Ergonomics in Suffolk, who provided a great service.

A new study has further busted the LLM grift, showing that these AI models are crap at reasoning and are actually just copying the answers from previous examples and essentially faking how they got there, like a 12-year-old in a maths lesson.
