To try to become happy is to try to build a machine with no other specifications than it shall run noiselessly - J. Robert Oppenheimer

Spent some time last night reading Elizabeth Butler, MD, PhD | Productivity and personal knowledge management, which has a lot of interesting stuff within it. I'm leaning into the whole PKM thing (which I have previously spent a fair amount of time quietly ridiculing) because I'm starting to realise that when I read or watch or listen to stuff that is interesting or inspiring, I don't always take it apart in a way that could provide usable parts for something I might be building. So now I'm looking at methodologies and practices that might help me to go deeper into the stuff that I pull up from the well.

On deck today: Not much, it's Jana's MA graduation so I am going to that and planning for it to carve out most of the day. There is a scene missing somewhere in the second chapter of Aldrich Kemp 3, I'm not sure what it needs to be yet, but I can sense the absence of something, so I shall be noodling with that problem in the back of my mind.
